What is your return policy?
For a full refund to your original form of payment, please submit your return request within 14 days of the date that your package is delivered. If you have a return request 15+ days after the date of your package delivery, please contact us right away so that we can try to come up with a solution.

What do I need for a return?
- Items must be unused, unwashed, all tags attached, and in the original condition that you received it.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase included with all return items.
No refund will be given in the following situations
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any items received outside of original conditions will not be refunded and will be donated.
- The purchase of a gift card
- Any Inis, Hotel Collection products, or Hallmark Keepsake Item
How will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, we will apply the refund to the gift card first. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
